This means that the changes from the first DiPAV amendment have now been incorporated into the guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>The most important changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expanded care benefits<\/strong>: DiPA programs can now <strong>also<\/strong> be designed <strong>solely<\/strong> to provide relief for family caregivers and volunteer caregivers.<\/li>\n<li>Provisional Inclusion: <strong>DiPA projects may be provisionally included in the directory for up to one year<\/strong> if the expected benefits are plausibly justified and an evaluation plan from an independent institution is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Effective January 1, 2026, the <strong>increased reimbursement limit<\/strong> also applies <strong>: up to 40 euros per month for DiPA<\/strong>, plus up to 30 euros for supplemental support services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">You can find the updated guide <a
