Modules Mandatory from May 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 26, 2025, the EU Commission published its decision on the mandatory use of the following EUDAMED modules:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration of <strong>economic operators<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>UDI database<\/strong> and <strong>device registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Systems for <strong>notified bodies and certificates<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>System for <strong>market surveillance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An independent audit confirmed in advance that the modules named are <strong>fully functional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This started the <strong>six-month transition period<\/strong> up to mandatory use under the MDR\/IVDR <strong>from May 28, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p
