{"id":27783,"date":"2024-10-21T09:49:56","date_gmt":"2024-10-21T09:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/quickbirdmedical.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=27783"},"modified":"2026-09-03T13:57:32","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T13:57:32","slug":"svdgv-statement-nursing-competence-act","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/quickbirdmedical.com\/en\/news\/svdgv-statement-nursing-competence-act\/","title":{"rendered":"SVDGV Statement on the Nursing Competence Act"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In our <a href=\"https:\/\/quickbirdmedical.com\/medical-app-diga-newsletter\/\">September newsletter<\/a> we reported on the <strong>draft of the Nursing Competence Act (PKG)<\/strong>, which is also intended to give DiPA a boost.<\/p>\n<p>By introducing a trial year, increasing the financial entitlement and allowing the effectiveness of DiPA to be demonstrated through relief for carers as well, DiPA are to be made more attractive.<\/p>\n<p>In its <strong>statement on the Nursing Competence Act<\/strong>, the <strong>Spitzenverband Digitale Gesundheitsversorgung (SVDGV)<\/strong> highlights additional aspects aimed at further increasing interest in DiPA.<\/p>\n<p>It proposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>extending the scope of DiPA to day-care and partial inpatient care.<\/li>\n<li>making it clearer that DiPA can also serve to convey knowledge or manage care services.<\/li>\n<li>guaranteeing the monthly reimbursement of <strong>40 euros per DiPA<\/strong>. People in need of care should be entitled to <strong>a maximum of two DiPA at the same time<\/strong>. An <strong>annual budget of 360 euros<\/strong> should be set for supplementary support services.<\/li>\n<li>digitalising care assessments in order to increase transparency, objectivity and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>enabling nationwide uniform standards by abolishing the regional principle in care. Care services and facilities have so far usually been organised and offered at regional level.
