The following can be charged per patient:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"last-child\">\n<li>a one-off <strong>initial flat rate of 435 euros<\/strong> (incl. VAT) for a usage period of <strong>up to three months<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>a <strong>monthly flat rate of 38.30 euros<\/strong> (incl. VAT), charged after the initial three-month usage period<\/li>\n<li>a <strong>maximum amount of 780 euros<\/strong> (incl. VAT) per year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a DiGA is used for six months, for example, a total of 549.90 euros can be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
