Since March 2023, the French government’s decision to create a uniform procedure for the recognition and reimbursement of digital health applications has been in place.
Now it is also clear what amounts DiGA manufacturers can calculate with in France. The following can be charged per patient:
- a one-off initial flat rate of 435 euros (incl. VAT) for a usage period of up to three months
- a monthly flat rate of 38.30 euros (incl. VAT), charged after the initial three-month usage period
- a maximum amount of 780 euros (incl. VAT) per year
If a DiGA is used for six months, for example, a total of 549.90 euros can be reimbursed.
