Since March 2023, DiGA can be approved via the French PECAN procedure in a kind of fast track. They are then provisionally reimbursed by the health insurers. Full proof of clinical effectiveness must then be presented at the end of this period for the DiGA to be reimbursed permanently.
After two years, there is now an interim evaluation of the procedure. All interested parties are invited to share their experiences or opinions on the PECAN procedure via an online questionnaire.
